SCASA Short Course Masters Championship 2002

Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility
   Open to eligible swimmers who are members of organizations affilliated to FINA U.K. Swimmers must have a currant Registration to compete
2. Events
   50m, 100m, 200m Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Freestyle, 200m 100m
   Individual Medley, 400m Freestyle
   Relay Events . 4x50m Mixed, 4x50m Freestyle and Medley Teams
   2 Ladies and 2 Mens in Mixed Teams, MASTERS ONLY IN RELAY TEAMS
   
3. Age Groups
   A-25/29. B-30/34 C-35/39 D-40/44 E-45/49 F-50/59 G-55/59 H-60/64 J -65/69 K-70/74 L-75/79 M-80/84 N-85+ and over 19/24
4. Ages
   Ages at the 31st December 2002 for Individual Events and Team Events, The names and Dates of Birth of relay Team Members must be written on the back of team cards. Late Entries will excepted for Relays. Entries to be in 15mins before the start of Events 2.12.24., and 39 at a higher Fee of £6.
5. Representation
   A competitor may only compete for one club in the competition.
6. Seeding
   Events will be seeded in time classification with swimmers with the slowest entry time irrespective of age. Entries will be rejected where an entry time is not submitted on the entry form.
7. H.D.W.
   Events will be decided on heat times no finals being swum.
8. Awards
   Medals will be awarded to Individuals and Teams placed 1st 2nd 3rd in each age group
9. Entry Fees
   Individual events other than 400m Freestyle £3.00 (Three Pounds Sterling)
   400m £3.50 (Three Pounds Fifty Pence)
   Team Events £5.00 (Five Pounds Sterling)
   Late entries for relays £6.00 ( Six Pounds Sterling )
10. Closing Date
    Entries close 1st September 2002. SCASA reserves the right to close the entries earlier if necessary.
11. Entries
    On Official form (photo copy) accompanied by the appropriate fee/s

    LARGE S.A.E. FOR RETURN OF CARDS 9X6 (16X225cm)
12. Re-Entry
    The card system will operate. Cards must be posted in the re-entry box at the venue Please Note the Following card Posting Times. These have been chosen to allow Cards to be posted as late as possible without delaying the Meet.

    Cards for session 1 Event 1 Must be Posted by 8.30am
    Cards for session 1 Events 2.to11. Posted by 10.00am
    Cards for session 2 Events 12 to 22 must be posted by 1.30pm
    Cards for session 3 Event 33 Must be posted by 8.30am
    Cards for session 3 Events. 24 to38 Posted by 10.00am
    Cards for session 4 Events 39 to 54 Posted by 1.30pm

Relay entries will be accepted on the day at a higher fee. See the programme of events for cut of time.
