Online Entry
If you wish to make your entry online:
- Check to ensure that you are familiar with and accept the
promoter's conditions for the competition. Look here.
- Complete the online entry form
You will get an eMail confirming the details you submitted.
- Send a cheque (payable to Basingstoke Bluefins) for the appropriate amount
with the name(s) of the swimmer(s) whose entries it covers on the
back to:

- On receipt of your cheque, your entry will be confirmed. You will
be sent an eMail confirmation that your entry has been accepted
which will contain your competitor number.
- On the day of the meet, you may collect your entry card(s) at the
reception desk. Your entry card will NOT be posted to you in
advance.
If you make a mistake with your entry, there is provision for you to
resubmit a corrected version.
If you wish to check that your entry has been processed, a full list
of accepted entries will be available via the Basingstoke Bluefins WEB site.

Entry by Post
If you wish to submit your entry by post:
- Download the entry form and promoter's conditions.
- Complete the form and send together with a cheque (payable to Basingstoke
Bluefins
for the appropriate fee and a Stamped Addressed Envelope to:

Hants, RG21 3AW.
- Your entry card will be posted to you soon after the closing date
for the competition.
If you entered the Basingstoke Masters or Hampshire County Masters in 2003 or 2004,
you should receive a copy of the entry
form through the post.
