The Swim England South East Open and Junior Championships will take place at the Mountbatten Centre, Portsmouth on Saturday/Sunday 2nd/3rd November 2019.
A LIST OF ACCEPTED/REJECTED ENTRIES IS NOW SHOWN BELOW.
Entries have been rejected if the times could not be validated against rankings or because events are oversubscribed. Changes to entries for the 100m IM up to 12:00 on 23rd October are now shown in this list.
Because some swimmers have withdrawn with injuries, we have been able to accept a small number of additional swims. Please check the lists below for the latest status.

I have had a number of requests from people to be reserves for this competition.
We do not have reserves. Our experience is that handling reserves in the high pressure period just before the start of the session is error prone and that in turn threatens the smooth running of the competition.
We already have long days and some people have a long journey home on Sunday evening. We are not prepared to do anything that could introduce preventable delays.
Except for the events of 400m and longer, we do actually accept more swimmers that we have planned for in the event timing, in the expectation that we will have withdrawals and "lose" a few heats.
Technical Officials should report to the Referee at the start of warm-up in one of the function rooms. We will not know which one until Saturday morning.
Non technical volunteers should report to Brian Deval at least 30 minutes before the start of each session. He will be stationed on the balcony foyer near the top of the stairs underneath a region banner.
After a great deal of discussion, Swim England South East has decided to stop awarding trophies for individual events at our championships. We will continue to award inscribed medals.
There are a number of reasons for this decision (which mirrors decisions taken by Swim England).
We have not yet decided what to do with the trophies that we have. Initially they will be places in secure storage. We are looking at ways to allow clubs/swimmers to access trophies on request.
We are planning to create a series of web pages that include photos of trophies and a list of winners since the Region was formed.
If you have a trophy that was presented in 2018, we request that you arrange for it to be returned to us at the medal desk at Portsmouth next weekend.

Following a warning that the ruling on 100m IM times may be the subject of a protest, the Lead Referee has recommended that we do accept times from level 4 meets. The implications of this are:
