The 2016 Development Competition was held at Waterlooville over 3 days on 2nd/3rd and 9th of July 2016.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. To conform with the mandated criteria for level 3 licensed meets, the age groups for the competition are based on ages on the last day of competition.
    
2. To relate to the potential qualifying times for the 2017 county championships, the upper limit times are based on age as at 31^st December 2016.

Congratulations to Winchester City Penguins who won the trophy for the best team, based on the performance of the best swimmer from the team in each individual event and on team events. Ten points will be awarded to the team of the fastest swimmer, nine points will be awarded to the team of the next fastest swimmer, FROM A DIFFERENT CLUB, and so on down to 1 for the tenth fastest.
