2.1.1 The competing members of any club allocated to the Association, and any member of an organisation registered directly to the ASA who is normally resident in Hampshire, shall be allowed to compete providing they are eligible as defined in ASA Law, except that no one who has competed in the Championships of another County shall be eligible to compete in the same swimming year (1st September to 31st August).
4.5 Where qualifying standards have been set, all entrants must have equalled or bettered the entry qualifying time in a Licensed Meet, on or after 1st April in the previous year and on or before the closing date for entries. Submitted times shall be based on a 25m pool; all times to be converted using the published ASA Equivalent Performance Tables. Subsequent improved times will not be accepted. The Swimming Secretary, in consultation with the Swimming Committee, may waive the requirement for times to have been achieved in a Licensed Meet for selected events.
4.11 By submitting an entry, entrants are implicitly accepting that entries will be processed using a computer system. Entrants may request that details are not displayed on the web site, but need to be aware that entry confirmation and results are not made available in any other form.
6.3 Finals shall be swum for open individual events of 50m, 100m and. All other events, including all BAGCAT events and all team events, shall be decided on heat times and places (heat declared winner). Finals may by swum for selected BAGCAT events at the discretion of the promoter, but only swims in heats count towards BAGCAT standings.
SUPPLEMENTARY DISABILITY SWIMMING CONDITIONS
9.2 For events where there is no multi-disability competition, entries from disabled competitors holding an internationally authorized classification will be accepted providing they have equalled or bettered a qualifying time set by the Disability Secretary.
9.3.1 All swimmers must have an internationally authorized classification. Swimmers are required to present to the referee a printout from the ASA website dated no earlier than 7 days prior to the start of the competition showing their classification.
