The event is oversubscribed. All swimmers who have achieved the automatic qualifying times have been accepted. Refer to the detailed conditions for an explanation of how decisions will be taken on acceptance of swimmers who have achieved the base (consideration) time.

Please note. We will correct any errors that we have made, buit because all of the time available has been allocated, we have very limited ability to add additional swims arising from errors in submitted entries (these are considered to be late entries).
In accordance with the competition conditions, late entries will only be considered in events where no entries received before the closing date have been rejected and swimmers must have achieved the automatic qualifying time.
All submitted times must have been achieved in a level 1, 2 or 3 licensed meet in this calendar year (i.e. since 1st January 2015).
Ages as at 31st December 2015.
Entry fee: £6 per individual event.
The Entry Declaration form (MS Word) is now available to download. This form must be submitted within three days of the closing date. Clubs will be invoiced for accepted entries after all entries have been processed.
